You will support the work of the sales team using a Product Lead Growth approach, capacitating internal teams on products.
The 1st challenge is to create from zero an onboarding plan for all the sales representatives
The 2nd challenge is to understand the needs and processes of the area in order to create a list of materials/training to be delivered.
You will then create for training programs and resources specific for the sales team.
You have experience in a technology environment (SAAS), implementing products on a large scale.
