From our offices in Brazil and the USA, we assist international and local organizations to recruit talented professionals in Brazil, Latin America, and the USA.

We are recruiting a BDR (Business Development Representative) to build relationships via phone, online meetings, and visiting prospects, opening new client accounts in Brazil, the United States, and Latin America. Integrity, Optimism, Proactivity, and an obsession with delivering the client’s needs are vital for this position. We enjoy celebrating our wins as a team, so be prepared for ringing the bell frequently. We are looking for professionals with high levels of ownership that would like to grow personally and professionally. 

As we intermediate conversations and strengthen our relationship with Clients (with appealing challenges) and Candidates (looking for new opportunities) we accomplish our mission which is to create job opportunities. Our next 3 years journey includes growth in 3 business lines (2 mature and 1 innovative line).

Location: Alphaville, Barueri 

Full-Time Contract.

Remuneration Package: Fix Pay + Benefits + Commission + PLR

2-3 days per day at the office (when possible, considering the pandemic)
