The purpose of the job is to provide senior-level operations customer contact, support critical and high impact program launch issues and to improve customer relationships through the resolution of critical program issues and challenges on high impact programs. The Sr. Customer Operations Manager will report directly to the global director of manufacturing abroad to deliver a fast-paced growth over the next years.

Requisitos

Profile

You will be the focal point between the external customer’s requirements and internal manufacturing operations guidance. You must have program management experience in the automotive/electronics industry. You must have experience with Program Launch. If a client has a complaint about the quality you will instruct internal manufacturing and quality teams to solve and cope with client standards. 

 

You must have the following experiences

Results and problem-solving orientation

Great communication skills

Long term growth thinking as the operation will increase its size fastly over the next years.

Experience in managing complex and high impact programs

Seniority in the automotive and electronics industry

Manufacturing in the automotive industry.

Customer relationship management. 

Reporting directly to Leaders internationally

Collaboration with clients audits of our quality/manufacturing standards

Availability to travel all over Brazil visiting clients plants

 

Language

Advanced English communication skills. Written and spoken global collaboration.

 

Education

Bachelor of Engineering Degree and MBA.

 

You will not

Develop and/or launch new products

Manage a team or have collaborators reporting to you directly. However, you will work with and lead cross-functional teams

 

Key Job Responsibilities

Identify and drive reporting and resolution of issues and risks on high impacts programs

Facilitate and lead Customer-specific meetings when held in the plant or have Operations focus points

Lead early stage Industrialization workshops on OPS high impact programs prior to equipment acquisition

End to End accountability & engagement responsibility of the customer Launch representatives in High Impact or Critical programs – acting as senior-level ‘Single point Of Contact’ for Ops and Supply Chain groups

Identify and drive reporting and resolution of issues and risks on high impacts programs

Coach and develop Operational teams in forwarding model protocols and LRR event robustness

Report industrialization progress/roadblocks to Ops and Program Leadership team

Issue escalation & resolution support

Individual Projects investment targets

Capacity installation plans and follow-up

Key customers feedback and effectiveness on customer escalations
